This is why we specifically ask you about any bad habits or behaviourial issues your dog has. Knowing this enables us to manage these issues accordingly. Please be honest in your responses and ensure you disclose all relevant information to ensure a happy stay.

Our furguests are treated better than most people – lol, however from time to time things beyond our control can occur during playtime or whilst they are in the yard. In all circumstances, our first call is to you to ask what you’d like to do. As experienced pet owners we will take your dog to the vet if we think it is necessary, we do everything we can to minimise risks and to make this a safe environment for your dog.

What to expect during their stay with us? We like to send regular photo’s and video so you can see your furbaby during their stay for your peace of mind.
