Enquire about dates

The first step is to check our availability. We are avid travellers but the good news is, we very rarely go away on long weekends or school holidays (too many people). Send a quick email with your dates and I will come back to you quickly to let you know of our availability.

Book a Meet & Greet

If we are available, the next step is to book a Meet & Greet. We do this at our home and it gives us a chance to meet you and your dog/s and they can be introduced to ours and the space they are staying in. It helps to ease any sort of anxiety when they do come back to stay and we found most dogs get excited and remember where they are on their return visit.

Confirm Stay

If we are both happy with the fit, then we book it in the calendar, pay deposit and get ready for their stay. Closer to the date, I will contact you to confirm drop off and pick up times which are very flexible, in order to suit your travel plans.

Play Time

When it comes to their stay, we ask that you bring their bed, their food bowl and food. Staying on their standard diet is comfortable for them and minimises any issues with upset tummies. We also ask that you bring your PAWSTAY FORM that has all their details, your contact details, bad habits and food requirements

While you are away

I know when I leave my furkids, that I love to get updates and photos so expect to get photos and video of your dog/s to help put you at ease and get a fix of virtual puppy love. It’s impawsible for them not to have fun during their stay

We specialise in oodles & small dogs. We have the occasional medium dog based on our first meeting and how they behave and interact with smaller dogs. We require your pet to have the following:
