  • Bookings are confirmed once payment is received
  • Daycare hours: 7AM – 5.45PM (unless otherwise agreed)
  • Overnight drop-off from 7 am to 6pm (unless otherwise agreed
  • Late pick-ups may incur additional fees
  • Peak periods & public holidays attract surcharges
  • Cancellations within 24-48 hours or no-shows are charged in full
  • Overnight stay cancellations may be partially or non-refundable, especially during peak periods
  • Dogs must be healthy, vaccinated, and behaviourally suitable
  • Owners are responsible for all vet and emergency costs
  • Refunds aren’t provided for early pick-ups, late drop-offs, or changes of mind
