Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change, and we strive to be flexible while ensuring the best care for your furry friends. As our business grows we need to update our  cancellation policy and outline the terms for cancellations to help us manage our resources more effectively, ensuring that time and services are allocated to those who are committed. Our aim to provide clear communication with our customers, setting the right expectations and reducing misunderstandings. 

Please understand that we need rules in place to create a reliable & fair scheduling system, enhance operational efficiency, and ultimately contribute to a more sustainable business model to enable us to continue to provide the level of care we do.

Daycare

Cancellation Notice: For cancellations on standard days (Monday – Thursday), we require at least 24 hours’ notice. 

Cancellation Fee: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a fee of 50% of the total booking cost. Or you will forfeit this from your daycare pack if you have one.

Pawcations & standard overnights

Cancellation Notice: For cancellations during non peak periods, we require at least 7 days’ notice.
Cancellation Fee: Cancellations made with less than 7 days’ notice will incur a fee of 50% of the total booking cost. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a fee of 100% of the total booking cost.

Peak Periods:

Our peak periods include school holidays, Christmas, Easter and long weekends. Please check our website for specific dates.

Cancellation Notice: For cancellations during peak periods, we require at least 14 days’ notice.
Cancellation Fee: Cancellations made with less than 14 days’ notice will incur a fee of 100% of the total booking cost.

No-Show Policy:

If a client does not show up for their scheduled appointment without prior notice, the full amount of the booking will be charged.

Rescheduling:

Clients may reschedule their bookings without penalty, provided they give the required notice as outlined above.

Refunds:

Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds for cancellations made within the specified notice periods. No refunds will be given if you decide to shorten your stay during the period they are with us. Failure to honour the guidelines may results in a suspension of any future services.
