Doggy Daycare & Overnight Stay

Terms & Conditions

(AKA: How we keep things fair, fun & fabulously spoilt)

By booking with 3 Spoilt Dogs, you’re agreeing to the terms below. They exist to protect our dogs, our people, and the five-star experience we’re known for.

 

Bookings & Acceptance

  • All bookings are subject to availability and approval.
  • Your booking is confirmed once payment (or deposit, if applicable) has been received.
  • We reserve the right to decline or end a booking if a dog’s behaviour, health, or needs aren’t suitable for our home-style care environment. This decision is always made with safety and wellbeing in mind.

 

Daycare Hours & Pick-Up / Drop-Off Times

Daycare

  • Standard daycare hours: [e.g. 7:am to 5.45pm unless otherwise agreed
  • Drop-offs and pick-ups must occur within these hours unless arranged in advance.

 

Overnight Stays

  • Drop-off day: From 7am
  • Pick-up day: By 6pm unless otherwise agreed

An overnight stay is 24 hours and you be charged a daycare rate for hours after this.
Clear times help us maintain calm routines, happy dogs, and a smooth household flow.

 

Late Pick-Up Fees

We get it, life happens. But late pick-ups impact our care routines.

Unless agreed beforehand, the following fees apply:

  • Daycare: $10 per 30 minutes
  • Overnight stays: Daycare rates apply if pick-up is after the drop off time

Repeated late pick-ups may affect future bookings.

 

Additional Fees (The Extra Spoilt Stuff)

Additional fees may apply for:

  • Public holidays: See rates on the website
  • Peak periods: Christmas, Easter, school holidays – refer to rates on the website
  • Extended stays, early drop-offs, or late pick-ups
  • Special care needs, including:
    • Medication administration $10 flat fee per visit
    • Additional pr special food preparation eg: cooking food $5 per day
    • Extra supervision or separation
    • Disabilities and special care $20 a day
  • Emergency vet transport fee: $40 (vet fees charged separately)

We’ll always communicate additional fees wherever possible.

 

Cancellations & Changes

Daycare

  • Cancellations within 24 hours of the booking may be charged 100% of the fee.
  • No-shows are charged in full and if you have a daycare pack you will forfeit that days care

 

Overnight Stays

  • More than 45 days’ notice: Full refund or credit (minus any non-refundable deposit)
    ** This will not apply during peak Easter & Xmas periods
  • Less than 45 days’ notice: 50–100% of the booking fee may apply
  • Peak periods: Bookings are non-refundable once confirmed unless we are able to rebook those dates and then a partial refund or credit may be given

Refunds

  • Refunds aren’t available for early pick-ups, late drop-offs, no-shows, or changes of mind.
  • If 3 Spoilt Dogs needs to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, you’ll receive a full refund or credit.
  • Refunds (where applicable) are processed to the original payment method within 2 business days.

 

Health, Vaccinations & Behaviour

  • Dogs must be up to date with vaccinations and parasite prevention.
  • All medical conditions, behavioural quirks, or special needs must be disclosed before the stay.
  • Dogs showing signs of illness may be refused entry or require early pick-up at the owner’s expense.
  • Unsafe or aggressive behaviour may result in immediate cancellation of care without refund.

Emergency Care

  • If your dog becomes unwell or injured, we’ll contact you immediately.
  • If we can’t reach you, you authorise us to seek veterinary care.
  • All vet bills, transport fees, and related costs are the owner’s responsibility.

Personal Belongings

  • We take great care, but we can’t be responsible for lost or damaged items (beds, toys, collars, outfits).
  • Please label everything clearly.

Photos & Social Media

  • We love sharing happy, spoilt moments.
  • By using our services, you consent to photos or videos of your dog being used for marketing and social media.
  • Prefer your dog to stay offline? Just let us know in writing.

Liability

  • While every reasonable care precaution is taken, dogs attend daycare and overnight stays at their owner’s risk.
  • 3 Spoilt Dogs is not liable for illness, injury, loss, or damage beyond what is required by law.

Acceptance of Terms

By booking with 3 Spoilt Dogs, you confirm that:

  • You’ve read and agree to these Terms & Conditions
  • All information provided about your dog is accurate and complete
