Do you have an anxious dog? Or you’re not sure if some of the behaviour they are exhibiting is actually anxiety or something else?

This workshop dives deep into anxiety in dogs,  what it is, how to recognise it, and why it’s often mistaken for “bad behaviour.” We’ll explore what’s happening in your dog’s nervous system during anxious moments, and how to respond in ways that help them feel safer and more supported.

Anxiety doesn’t always look like trembling or hiding. Sometimes it’s barking, lunging, or chewing the furniture. Sometimes it’s shutting down completely. You’ll learn how to spot these signs in your dog and understand what’s really going on underneath.

By the end of this workshop, you’ll have:

Whether your dog is nervous in new places, reactive to other dogs, or struggles when left alone, you’ll leave this workshop with practical tools and a deeper understanding of how to help them thrive. Because when we understand why our dogs behave the way they do, we can finally give them the support they truly need.
