Overnight Trial Sleepover
All bookings of 5 nights or more for new guests require a trial sleepover well before your requested dates. We do this so we can not only get too know your dog but can spot any pawtential issues that may make them unsuitable guests.It also helps them be much more comfortable and less anxious for a longer sleepover. We want your dog to love them time with us and getting to know and trust us is part of this process.
This is a mandatory part of our process and can be discussed in our initial meet & greet.

PEAK PAWLIDAYS
home stay- Xmas & Easter period
- Add AU60 for an additional dog from the same household. Additional charges might apply for puppies. Cancellations made within 7 days of booking may incur a cancellation fee.
IN-DEMAND PAWLIDAYS
home stay- School holidays & Long weekends
- Add AU$50 for an additional dog from the same household. Additional charges might apply for puppies
EASTER & CHRISTMAS BOOKINGS
Demand is so high during the Easter & Xmas period that we need to put some new policies in place so we can continue offering a VIP service.
- Direct bookings only
- Minimum 5 nights charge at Xmas (If your stay is shorter the fee will be charged for 5 nights). Minimum 3 nights over Easter.
- Rate $80 per night additional dogs $60 in same family (+ GST)
- Discounts will be provided over 10 nights or more
- 20% non-refundable deposit to confirm your booking
- Priority given to regular guests throughout the year
- Any cancellations made with 14 days of key holiday booking will be charged the full booking fee (Easter, Xmas, school holidays).Â
We strongly suggest ADVANCE bookings for key holidays.

OTHER SERVICES
POOP & SCOOP PLAYDATE
Not all dogs require 24/7 care and we get that some just like to chill in their own home while you are away.
So, we are offering a new service which includes home visits. But it isn’t for everyone.
Non-acceptable breeds:Â I will not accept: any kind of pit bull, staphy or mastiff full or cross breeds. No Aggressive dogs or breeds I am not familiar with.

Acceptable breeds:Â labs, border collie, golden retrievers, oodles, most small breeds. Enquiry with photo if unsure.

- Turn on / off lights in house if needed

30 minutes per stay and visits will be during daylight hours only.
Key pick up / drop off $15 (not needed if you leave a key somewhere safe).
Available in the 4152 area. Additional travel could apply if outside this.Â

To secure booking over 5 days you will need to pay a 20% deposit with full payment made 2 days prior to drop off.

NB: Any fur guests who excessively urinate in the house will be charged a cleaning fee of $60
